Update 2/29/2012
Hey guys so time for an update, first off in order to change my eating habits i started bringing in Nutrigrain bars for snacks instead of buying candy bars. My dad got me Strawberry, Blueberry, and Apple Cinnamon ones. I also started having more Oatmeal for breakfast rather then just sugar bomb cereals, and i try to bring in some Applesauce with my lunch. So far i can feel a slight decrease in my anxiety from the lack of sugar in my diet, also the increase in fruit has decreased the dry hands problem i was having for a while there.
I also have finally been able to re-start my LP's on youtube now that i have the old annoying copy write problem taking care of. I started this project back in December as a way to help improve my speech and social skills. It is diffenetly working and i am glad to be able to start them up again. As for my Finances i just checked and i now have over 300 dollars banked from my job. So far so good, now i plan on making a little chart to keep track of my finances. That way i will always now how much i have, and whether or not i can afford to buy things before i try to buy them. This has been a problem that i have been hoping to fix since my Whataburger days so i am glad i finally got to it.
Finally with fitness, while my job gives me a lot of exercise walking around the store and lifting things, as well as cleaning the floor, i feel i could do a bit better. My dad has always told me that since i don't gain body fat i could make a good runner. So i plan to take on jogging soon. Not planning on going for anything amazing here, my main goal for this is to be able to run at least 10 miles while holding a fast pace without slowing down. I think that is reasonable with time and practice.

Hello
So Introductions are not really my thing so i will just go straight into what this blog is about. I am rather sick and tired of how my life has been going so far and i wish to change it all. This will be sort of an online Journal/Blog where i will be posting updates as i go along. Hoping to encourage others to do the same thing as well as receive feedback on how i am doing. Some of my goals are
1. Get a Career as a Musician
2. Get a better social life
3. Better health and fitness habits
4. Decreasing the anxiety in my everyday life.
I will be updating as much as i can on here. See you guys soon.
